Sansaar Foundation presents the second in its free webinar series, where the discussion will explore the “Vedic solution to the crisis of identity in the modern world; and putting devotion and sacredness back into relationships with ourselves, other human beings and nature”.
Facilitated by Dr. Arti Ghattaora, the discussion will be led by Dr. Krishnakant Shukla M.S PhD, musician, scientist, writer, poet, and philosopher. While teaching Physics and Astronomy as an assistant professor in upstate New York, he decided to quit the family trade of academics and follow his heart and soul, deep into the fathomless waters of Indian Classical Music. He has been researching, recording and performing the folk songs of rural northern India, which, according to him, is an art form of unparalleled beauty which is fast becoming extinct.
